Very dirty rooms. Bad service. Paan spit everywhere. Hotel manager is creepy. Intercom doesnt work. Toilets are very dirty. Cramped rooms with no ventilation or natural light. Jail would be better. They have monopoly over it as there are not many options in Munger.
Pathetic hotel service in Jamalpur, Munger. Staff behaviour is very rude and they don’t care about the customer. Very old and stinky hotel, don’t even care to clean. Not recommended at all for anyone to stay here.
Very bad service and experience.
Before staying I made a prelim enquiry from local resident who suggested this to be the best hotel here. May be this is the best available in Munger. Moreover, I asked for the best room available with them which they provided but one managing staff was consistently saying “room ka rent bata diye ho”. The room rent was Rs 4000/- per day .
Infrastructure in the room was good and we can say it was on a higher side, may be double the rent keeping in view the size of city , overall infrastructure of the hotel, other entities provided by the hotel etc. But on the negative side despite having good infrastructure the maintainence was very very poor. For example bedsheet was dirty which they changed when pointed, Water mug had a thick layer of dirt on it which they removed when pointed, AC was working but they could not locate the Remote.Bathroom was not clean and the commote looked black, bucked had a layer of thick mud/ dust inside. There was no soap/ shampoo/ hand was etc. Room floor was also not very clean. On positive side It had a big size functional TV, comforter looked absolutely clean and hygienic. They provided with an extra bed without any charge. When asked for room freshner they immideately provided.
The hotel lift worked from first floor and it seems they deliberately didnot accept money through card.
The person sitting on counter and managing staff were looking shabby
Not cleaning upto marks,
Food are not hygenic
Kindly eat fron outside.
Rates are very higher as per service provided by them. Towels and bedsheet are not clean properly . So please take your own towels.
Reception manager are not listing any complaint and Mr. Balbeer is very good & solve any kind of problem on priority.
No any care about Coustomer.. At night i say give me mosquito liquid they say ” Nahi hai jake bahar se le aao, maine kaha aap jake leke aao then he reply Time nahi haai yrr jake khud lw aao aur so gaya… Give you all suggestion don’t go to this hotel all staff are careless they want only money… That’s call uchi dukan fiki pakwan, give 100 to 200 extra choose OYO ROOM according to your budget, again i say don’t choose this hotel for stay, 1 star from my side
