Location is good but the hotel is worst. The bed spreads were stinking. No room service for food. We took a suite room and it is partitioned with another room and their voice and TV noise disturbed us a lot. We checked in at night and checked out at 7AM. They mentioned it as a 3 star hotel. It’s fraud. It’s a normal hotel.
Excellent resort to stay and it’s nominal pricing and they are the only resort that respond when you reach to destination at any time in the late night or any time very good people would love to visit this place many more times thanks
The hotel is located in the center of the city. Easy access to various restaurants, all walking distance. Additionally, the hotel gives breakfast vouchers for another restaurant located downstairs and has tie up with. The manager and staff were wonderful, polite, and super helpful. They helped us with car, trek guide, travel plans. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall, it was a great stay.
Worst hotel in Munnar, NO Room services – even for providing water in the room. After you fight, they will provide water in the room but it time bounded. So ensure if you are staying overnight, ask them for water before 8 PM or go & get your own bottle of water.
They will not help to lift the bags, they will not help to park the car. It seems the property owners are not paying salary to the employees..
Note: Do not use the plates and RO water they provide, plates are not cleaned and the water ( they term it has RO water) provide will be full of dust.
Recommend not to do online book or pay any advance money.
The manager speaks like he is the kind of the world, for any questions his answer will be ” i am in this industry for past 15 years and i know what services need to be provided to customers “
Such a wonderful experience with a luxurious restaurant. The resort is located on a beautiful hilltop with a luxurious look it will feel like a heaven, The views are also great. Also the restaurant is located near to the city therefore no transportation issues. Rooms are super comfort and luxurious. You will definitely enjoy them
