We took family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness in bathroom can be improved.
Limited items in breakfast, they did not serve egg items in breakfast.! Food was okay…! You won’t find other option of food nearby.
You will get rented vehicles by contacting person at reception, he was cooperative and helpful.
I recently stayed at Hotel Reef Valley and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, situated in a peaceful area with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
However, the washroom was a bit of a letdown. While the rest of the room was spotless, the washroom could use some improvements in terms of maintenance. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t quite match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.
That said, the staff were friendly, especially the host and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. Overall, if they improve the washroom facilities, this hotel would be a fantastic option for travelers. Despite the minor issue, I’d still recommend Hotel Reef Valley for its great location and clean rooms.
I stayed at this resort during my visit to Neil Island.
1. This is located closer to the Neil jetty( the overall island is very small)
2. The greenery is amazing here and you will love this place.
3. Room is good with full wooden panel work and it is spacious as well.
4. Washroom could be a slight disappointment aesthetically after seeing all the beautiful views outside. Having said that, it was clean and I did not face much issues there.
5. Breakfast was complementary and they gave a good buffet.
6. There is a restaurant inside for visitors.
This is a peaceful place to enjoy your stay at Neil island and you will feel the calmness in your mind!
We stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are pretty good but the food was average probably had too much soda. The complimentary breakfast is not good and very limited menu. They didn’t even had omlette. The checkout time is 8 am which i felt is quite early. They can give you extension till 8.30 am . You can try cafe vibes and dives for good food
Worst experience with this hotel during my Andaman trip.
1. AC was not working properly
2. Washroom was not clean
3. No handwash
4. Hotel service was like station side hotel
5. Scooty rental company denied to give Scooty on rent as this hotel is situated on patchy Road
6. We ate at seashell’s dugong, best experience there. You can book there. Best service
Waste of money
