The service provided was far from satisfactory, with several glaring issues that went beyond minor inconveniences. The staff, including the workers and the receptionist, displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude, making the experience even more unpleasant. Their rudeness and lack of basic customer service skills were evident throughout the interaction, leaving a lasting negative impression. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such behavior in a service-oriented environment where courtesy and professionalism should be the standard, not the exception.
We pay 753 rs for 2 cup of tea and one tasteless cold sandwich !!! Over priced and 0 quality !!! Water bottle price is way too high they cost 100rs for 20rs bislery bottle !!! There were no exhaust in bathroom nd toilet was stinky….
Best hotel in this price , food is good room is good overall worth in this tariff .

Room is not good the price is high but no facility and there food is not testes and in room I go to bar and piche se staff akar kuch saman ke sath kuch le liya in washroom there is hot water there no gejaar
From no point this is a four star hotel. It is even worser than oyo room. Bathrooms are tiny, no butler service is provided. Cleanliness is an issue inside room as well as bathroom. We booked via make my trip after seeing its hotel’s star rating as 4. People if looking for 4 star category, than better book at some other place cheaper than this as the service, quality will be same or lesser.
