We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Regenta Resort Exotica in Dharamshala! The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the mountains that make for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts we needed. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had very good experience here…..stay and food were excellent. …property is situated at a beautiful location. ……superb hospitality of the staff… Over all the experience was great
The resort is located in a very remote area with no lifts, making it inconvenient and inaccessible. The staff is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Not only are the resort facilities not free, but they seem to nickel-and-dime you at every opportunity. They even charge extra for drinking by the pool, which is ridiculous. We booked three cottages and requested four additional chairs to sit together on one of the balconies, but they refused, insisting on charging extra. The service was abysmal; we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for any orders, and the staff lacked basic courtesy. They didn’t provide cutlery with our snacks, and we had to ask multiple times for plates, forks, and table knives, which were brought at a painfully slow pace. The entire experience was terrible and utterly disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time in this property.. It’s like a heaven in the mountains… What a wonderful view and amazing staff. Nice restaurant with taste buffet breakfast. I will definitely vist this resorts in future. Thanks
