Best hotel. Awesome rooms. Best house keeping service. After we call they come within 5 min… Food was also good. View from hotel are ultimate. Best place for relaxation and photography also who are interested 🙂
Amazing hotel. Feels like a 5 star hotel. I spent two nights there and was a little sick so the staff looked after me very well. The room was large and comfortable with a beautiful Mountain View. Restaurant is great also.

The brand of orchid hotels is definitely a big name. The hotel is brand new and located strategically in ukimath from where lot of nearby places can be covered easily. It also has nice valley facing views of snow capped chokhamba peak.
However the rooms are small and the staff is helpful but lack of communication between reception and restaurant. Twice in two days we were told there is NO buffet and then I’m restaurant the buffet was on. The balcony in the room has bird shit and not cleaned even after complaining.
New thing I came to know is the bathroom mat is provided “on request”. Nice touch was the in room heater and the tasty food in the restaurant.
Seeing the strategic location the hotel is blessed but can improve more.
I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I was away on a trek to Kedarnath from 18/09 till 19/09 leaving everything in the hotel room and discovered that my phone and an expensive bottle of perfume had gone missing from my room. When I reported this to the hotel staff, their response was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue or investigating the matter, they tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming that I might have taken my perfume with me to Kedarnath – which is utterly absurd!
The manager was equally unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for the incident. Losing valuable items is frustrating enough, but being blamed for it by the hotel staff is unacceptable. I expect better service and accountability from any hotel. This experience ruined my stay, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Choose a hotel where you and your belongings will be treated with care and respect – clearly, this is not one of them.
Super location. Clean and Neat resort. One of the best resorts in Ukhimath. We stayed 2 nights for visiting Kedarnath ji darshan. Need some more days to stay here and spend.
So many good places to visit near by. Will visit again to see the places leisurely.
