I just stayed here. I was surprised this hotel has that kind of rating. Except for the bed and AC rest of the experience was worst. The front desk needs real customer centric training, very bad behavior and rude. Intercom was not working, any request for room service would take atleast 1.5 hours. Breakfast was miserable, glasses, tables not ready, toaster out of order. Staff is inexperienced and very low quality.
Kettle in the room was not available
The early check-in charges were exorbitant and the staff is very rude too. They tell you something and post payment they go back on the words.
The washrooms are not maintained properly
Found cockroaches on the restaurant table while having breakfast, upon notifying nobody cared to even respond.
All I got from the waiter from the restaurant was if you don’t like write up your feedback.
Honestly the quality of the hotel has come down drastically. Have visited this property for more than 6-7 times in the last one year and never found the staff so careless. I don’t think this property should be deemed 3 star any more.
I don’t think any action would be taken
Worst experience with this hotel, we booked two rooms ac was not at all working. Washroom was ok taps and shower has loose connection, water slowly goes in to drain, it wiill take more time. They tried to prolong the time instead of changing the room. Zero rating
Hotel is located on the Main road and easily visible. Limited 4 wheeler parking for normal sized cars available at the basement.
Room maintenance is not upto the mark.
You need to call for assistance frequently like in my allotted room A/c was not working, A/c fan was very noisy. The room had some strange smell.
Then they allotted me another room. Here also the A/c was not upto themark.
Otherwise room and bathroom is sufficiently spacious.
Good location, average rooms and below average service and hygiene. That’s the summary.
We stayed for just 1 night but had multiple service issues. Room did not towels, blanket wasn’t available for the extra bed, tea wasn’t sent to the room even after multiple reminders. Plus we saw a cockroach at the breakfast buffet.
