The hotel was good but once you check in they will not listen to your queries also the manager is rude i would advise JP sir to hire. Professionals.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this hotel at all.
First of all its location is 200 ladders down in the hell.
2nd the most imp thing to customer is service which is poor, you have to ask for every toiletry. Hot Water is the basic need here in shimla which comes at very nominal speed and service staff doesn’t care about the complaints.
Me & my family stayed in hotel fr two days, my overall experience very disappointing and below average.
* one of reception guys very rude and unprofessional, when we entered in hotel they force to pay full amount before check in.
* after paying amount the service quality was very very poor and below the line.
* dirty bad sheet, pillow was smelling, seems not washed since one year, I have photo also as proff.
*taking 600 extra for room heater even they don’t have power back up in hotel.
*if we compare with photo room size very small.
I don’t recommend to say with family in hotel.
I’d say this is not even an average hotel. You’re paying the same price as other nice hotels on the Mall Road and not even worth it. The view from our room was nice. That was the only thing that was good. Slow service. There were insects all over the room on the second day of our stay. No room service.The items on their menu are not available. Only 2-3 choices for breakfast. Nobody can eat the same breakfast for 3 days in a row. It was raining almost all the time of our stay. Asked them for iron to dry the clothes. It took them hours to send iron. And that too they took it back in an hour itself. Too far from the Mall Road. You’ll have to walk almost 2 km from the Mall as vehicles are restricted on that road.
Worst location at about 150 stairs downs the road and service is poor.
No fan or AC is available to adjust the temperature in room you just have to deal with the atmosphere on our own.
Water comes very slow and they don’t care about complaints
