I had visited this hotel on 3rd December 2024,my experience was a very disappointing stay at Hotel RIO GRAND . The hotel had major issues, including no water supply in the rooms, which made it extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no electricity (no generator backup), which caused further discomfort. The lack of basic amenities made my experience very frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.” PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY
The property is located at the main road with sufficient parking facility inside the campus. The rooms were good size with a nice view from the front facing side . I love the hospitality the staffs were polite and humble. they have a decent buffet at their restaurant.
Fantastic hotel with outstanding service! The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful and memorable stay.
The room I was given was unclean and the hot water geyser was not working, my room also had a large glass door and windows, the door led to a ‘balcony’ that was simply a common area, the door did not have a lock, it only had one small kudi. And due to the balcony cold air was coming in the room even when the door was shut. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all
A fantastic choice for your getaway. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff’s friendliness made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for all types of travelers.
