We have booked a room for three person in yesterday night ie. 18.10.2024 and when we visited there they show us pathetic room with leakage bathroom. When we complaints this to receptionist, the gaurd replied us rudely. I suggest to all customer never book this hotel for your pleasent journey specially when you visit with your family. They alloted you hounted rooms. I have very bad experience with this hotel. Guy’s please avoid this property. 🙏
Very pathetic property, rude and shameless staff. Rooms were in very bad shape and unhygienic. Most of the facilities were non-functional or non operational. Only good thing about the hotel was it’s location, rest everything is not at all worth mentioning but don’t think that’s good enough to stay here . Won’t recommend anyone to waste their money. Not worth even a single penny.
Worst experience in this hotel. Foul smell in the rooms. Bathroom flush is not working and smell in the bathroom. Rooms are very dirty and same with tha bathroom. Bed are not comfortable and ac and tv is not properly working. Never go to this hotel.
The highlighted thing is the staff of hotel is very rude and uneducated…they Treat customers like begger. If you ask anything they can’t listen and always Essi nhi hota. Only manager is good ….My experience was very worst … never book this hotel Never
Very pathetic experience.we stayed for a day .they took 1800 per room.we took 2 rooms.
I don’t want to give a star also.
TV is not working and if asked they used to give the excuses that due to bad weather it’s not working and the fact is it’s not been recharged.it was too hot and we didn’t find any bad weather on our stay.
Secondly rooms were very smelly and the doors lock was also not working.if we open the bathroom door ,the main door was opening automatically.
On bathroom all the time hot water was coming.
Walls were also cracked.
And they are putting menu card inside the rooms but they don’t have resturant.if you order something they bring it from the road side stall nearby to m.they gave us three threeb1ltr water bottles and they charged 30 rupees each bottles.
They took whole rooms price at the time of check in and when we want to shift the hotel they denied to return the money.
Not recommended this hotel anymore to anyone..if you go by their Google photos then you will spoil your stay.
