Mesmerising view from the river facing room.
Room was very spacious .
But the room and the toilets are very old broken mirror frame, AC was not cooling properly.
Good thing is there service, they try their best to make the property clean.
Foods are over priced.

They need serous concern about cleaning there plates and glass
We try to drink water and that glass stinks like cockroach 🪳, I complained to the counter person.
I can over look all that because this property is pet friendly and there staffs are very polite and helpful.
The place is not renovated. Rooms and air conditioners are old. Bedsheets are not clean. Bathroom water doesn’t drain properly, showerhead not working, exhaust fan broken and not working. The service is okay. But the property is too shabby for the price.
I didn’t like the rooms through it was spacious , I was travelling with my pet dogs they charge around Rs. 840 per pet. The hotel is location near to Godavari river its has good view .
Stayed for 3 days.Rooms are convenient. But lot of insects chipkali mosquito could be found. Panoramic view of river godavari and just below 2 kms from Rajahmundry rly stn west gate.Pristine atmosphere no doubt. Morning walk much suitable. Room service to be improved by employing more as it is not a hotel or lodge in a component. So there is delay. Intercom was down. Linen must be of good quality and replaced when needed to maintain it’s reputation. Loose and dangling installations and predefined Ac units in rooms. All such errors or defects to be defaced to make indelible impression on guests. Overall room service helpful. But used food plates with leftover could be seen in lobbies. Swimming pool seem good. Water ride/ games area are annexed and to go specifically. Though 1 supervisor 2 lady bearers one cleaning staff in beautifully located cafeteria are able to make up in buffet system. More food varieties may be added. During heavy footfall they may not be enough.Fare is generally ok. Maintenance of this mammoth resort prone to reptiles insects may not be easy as point out by visitors generally. But anyhow this resort at a choicest greenery location, could be definitely and gradually spruce up at regular intervals, mainly bathroom fittings in pale condition should be polished. Commode seat much height. Then such good presentation attract more footfall. Sir please note this is not only a herculean task but expensive affair. Surely with best management ethics,face value, popularity can be enhanced. Let me hope so.
Rooms were big but not clean at all. Lot of insects and mosquitoes. It almost felt like the room was being used by someone before we checked in. However at this location there were no other pet frndly options so had to go with this hotel.
