Worst service and food. My husband was fasting today. We ordered veg food(chili mushroom, veg biryani, veg noodles) n he found chicken piece in that veg biryani while eating. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 this restaurant must be shut down
We 5 members on trip working for a tv channel checked into RL grand today. we were in a hotel in tanuku yesterday. I washed my 5 pairs of clothes and hanged on roof top. But in a few minutes, we were asked to move to kkd by our hq. I packed my wet clothes in a plastic cover n reached RL grand by car. I told d receptionist to help me to show a place to put my wet clothes under d sun. He bluntly told me to dry in my room. He didn’t give me permission to go to the roof top to dry my clothes. When so ever I washed my clothes, many hotel staff used to help me even allowing drying my wet clothes in their staff rooms but here… Here, d restaurant food is costly. Most of the tables were unoccupied. There’s no separate parking place for guests’ cars. I think, RL grand staff should learn caring for d guests.

We have booked banquet hall for my daughter’s engagement, food and service is ok but after 1 hour they switched off all Ac s, we asked many times but they told technical issue, at last moment they switched on Ac. I suggest not to book this hall
Worst food quality. They can’t maintain minimum food quality.Espicially plz don’t prefer for food
