One of the worst and most dirty room to stay in una , I have not seen such untidy rooms yet in atleast Himachal Pradesh. Mouse was running whole night on my bed , mosquitoes were there in peak winters of December,
Inhospitable, Rude behaviour & even basic information concealment by Receptionist on duty in Night
Well, My experience was good. Stayed for a night here. The room with the attached washroom they both were neat and clean. A hot water and exhaust fan is available with AC and television inside the room. You can order tea as well from your room.SBI and other bank ATMs are few meters away. Lots of dhabas are just on a short walking distance.
UNA bus terminal is just 300 to 350 meters only.
Good hotel with clean room and a very fare rates.
Staff is really too cooperative and rooms are neat and clean with all the essential products. price also is justifiable as compared to room and service.
Staff really a very good they help me alot to drop me station at night when i am getting late for train.
