  1. We came here with a large group for a school Reunion. The property is large, spacious and clean. They have a good pool. Staff are polite and courteous but can be better trained. The food was pretty good especially the mustard gravy fish. Mutton roganjosh quality was good too. Unobstrusive, quiet staff and services. For a new property I thought the hotel was pretty good. The GM particularly paid a lot of personal attention to details and one could see that they were trying to give guests a good experience. 4 stars 🌟

  2. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, I have to settle for one, and even that feels too generous. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had. As a newly built property, you’d expect attention to detail and, at the very least, some effort toward basic hospitality, but it seems this hotel missed the memo.

Let’s start with the basics: the service was appalling. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their guests’ needs, treating every question or request as a massive inconvenience. A little empathy and attentiveness would go a long way in making guests feel welcome. You would think a new hotel would be excited to impress, but I was met with indifference and apathy at every turn.

And don’t even get me started on the washroom situation. The drainage was a complete disaster. Every time I showered, I was greeted by a lovely indoor lake. Sloshing around in dirty water post-shower is far from ideal. Honestly, is it too much to ask for a functioning drain in a new hotel?

Moving on to security—or rather, the complete lack of it. How is it possible that a newly built hotel doesn’t provide something as basic as a room safe? I was left with no choice but to hide my valuables and pray they’d still be there when I returned. And with no visible security staff at night, the whole place felt like a free-for-all. I didn’t feel safe, and that’s the bare minimum a hotel should offer its guests.

Then there’s the food, if we can even call it that. It was cold, tasteless, and barely edible. I made the mistake of eating there once and immediately regretted it. Fast food would have been a gourmet experience compared to what this hotel served.

Now, let’s talk about the basics that this hotel seems to have conveniently overlooked. For a new property, how do you forget basic room amenities like green tea, shower gel, or shampoo? You’d expect these simple things to be standard in any room, but apparently, that’s asking for too much. Faster room service wouldn’t hurt either—having to wait endlessly for anything is incredibly frustrating.

Lastly, for a newly built hotel, the overall condition is shockingly poor. It feels like they rushed through construction with little regard for quality and service. This place needs a serious overhaul in both attitude and execution.

In summary, this hotel has a long way to go before it’s anywhere near guest-friendly. The staff could stand to be more attentive, the basics need serious improvement, and some empathy would be greatly appreciated. A functioning washroom, proper security, decent food, and essential room amenities shouldn’t be too much to ask for. Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. This place is a disaster from top to bottom.

  3. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms very neat too. The service at thd restaurant was good too. This place was pretty close to the Kaziranga safari park too.

  4. Beautiful architecture… The location is also good.. behaviour of the staff is very good and they were very welcoming in nature…
The food we ordered was also tasty… But they took more than 40 minutes to serve the food, but it’s ok as it was a holiday and it was rush hour for them … I hope they will minimise the serving time in the future 🙂.

    Had a great time there…

  5. Food quality is ok. But prices are too high compared to portions. Ordered roasted chicken, they provided us pieces of 2 big boiled chicken with lots of tangy sauce on it, chicken was not even fried properly. Our stomach problem stayed for 2 days.
