I recently stayed at Royale Retreat in Shimla and had a wonderful experience. “I had an amazing stay at Royale Retreat Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my time there. To my surprise with a small request to receptionist (Shweta), I was upgraded from a deluxe room to a super deluxe room, which was a fantastic gesture that really enhanced my experience. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel itself is located in a great area, and I truly appreciated the overall relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for my next stay!”

The hotel is conveniently located with ample of parking space. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with AC facility. The food is yummy and the chef caters to your requests.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Good rooms, nice and comfortable stay. The hotel has a welcoming ambiance and the staff were very hospitable. Rooms are equipped with HVAC so no need of heater. Food is good but has a scope of improvement. Overall nice experience and stay. They have good parking facility as well unlike other hotels in shimla. Mall road about 1 km via walk is easily accessible from the hotel. Location is on circular road which connects to shimla and further to Mashobra and Naldehra.
