Disappointing stay at S.S Hotel due to poor hospitality and mediocre rooms. Unfriendly staff, uncomfortable beds, and outdated bathrooms. Lack of attention to detail and slow service. Not recommended, better options available. Unvalued customer experience, felt like just another guest, not a priority. 2/5 stars.The behaviour of staff was very very bad and rude
