  1. This hotel is located on a wide road, so you can use your car and park it on front of the hotel, unlike Sai Towers, where the narrow road makes it a hassle and there’s no parking in front.

Unfortunately, the service is hit and miss: when I tried to shower, there was no liquid soap. The mini-fridge wasn’t working — the water was no colder than water left outside. The maintenance guy said none of the mini-fridges in the hotel work and “what can I do, I’m just an employee, please complain to management”. The front desk guy defened the fridge, but when I argued, replaced it with another that didn’t work.

One evening, there was a senior person at the front desk who confirmed to me that I can have tea as early as 5:30 AM, but the next morning, when I asked for tea at 6:30 AM, the other guy who was at the front desk at this time said the restaurant is closed.

The room didn’t have a brush kit — I had to ask.

On the other hand, the restaurant service is good — they even remembered that I want the two chutneys served separately rather than in one place. Service is not too slow, and with a smile. On the other hand, perhaps to economise, they don’t even have tissues on the table, and you have to ask.

They also had good home-made cookies.

Choose a room with a view of the Hanuman statue — it’s beautiful to sit by the window (which is dirty, but still), have tea, and look at the statue.

  2. One of the best choice I made by booking this property for my stay!

Room, food, service. Everything is excellent. Ashram is nearby too.

Not posting room pic, it’s as it is shown in other reviews.

  3. It was such a lovely experience to stay there. The service is phenomenal, the hotel staff is the most polite and kind in the world. My special thanks go to Jasmin. Jasmin gave me plenty of recommendations of what to do and see in Puttaparthi and his help and care was one of the reasons why it felt like at home here.
Besides, the food in the restaurant is of the highest quality, rooms are clean and cosy. And on the 4th floor they have a very nice café with very beautiful views around.
It was my pleasure to stay there and to experience that sacred energy of Puttaparthi. Looking forward to coming back. Sai ram 🙏

  4. Such a heavenly place. The people there are amazing. The food is one of the best both for kids and elderly. I would recommend anyone to go there and feel the hospitality. I would like to mention Mr Imran and Mr Ajeeth for their help and all the staff working at Sai Maa Hotel.

  5. This hotel is a great property at Puttaparthi. It is right at main road and hardly 500 mtrs from Prasanthi Nilayam. It is having car parking right in front of the hotel which is limited to 2-3 cars capacity. Overall the rooms are very clean and mildly spacious. But it’s hygienic and bathrooms are newly built. Overall experience is 4/5.
