We had a 2-day destination wedding here. For a long time, the management was poor/disorganized until we got in touch with the senior manager, after which the events went smoothly and were largely well executed.
Service was a bit slow. The food was excellent, and the rooms were also good. Overall, the venue is good for budget weddings. However, we recommend getting everything in writing before making payments, as some promises made during discussions were not fully honored.
The decor team (Rahul and Ashu) was a major disappointment. They charged significantly more than what was delivered. Several items discussed were either missing or arrived too late to be of any use. This aspect could definitely use improvement.
We had booked the hotel for a wedding and the arrangement was excellent. Mr. Joginder and Mr. Sonu were really cooperative and professionally planned along with other front staffs. They helped us till the very end, in making last moment adjustment as well. The hospitality was being appreciated by each and every guest/family member. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Room service was excellent and the efforts of Bell boy should not go unnoticed as he really helped in quickly getting the luggage and gifts to the respective rooms. The food and catering was top notch. The food was very tasty.I am happy to have chosen Sarovar Portico as the location for planning my relatives wedding. I would highly recommend Sarovar Portico for stay and planning their events.
The hotel is at a great location, very close to the Crossroad that takes you On GT road. The hotel has great security provisions including card mandated lift. The staff were also nice. The amenities provided in the room were excellent. The room was nice and clean. Great Wifi. The food served in the buffet was also tasty and very hygienic.
My stay at Sarovar Portico, Sonipat, was truly pleasant. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was efficient. The location is great, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
Best place to stay here. Rooms ambience good. Food quality amazing. Fitness centre and swimming pool also remark Point.
