Our stay at Sea Shell Samssara Resort in Neil Island was marred by poor hospitality during breakfast. Despite entering the restaurant at 9:35 AM with our child, the staff began clearing the buffet at exactly 10 AM, even though we were still eating. When I raised this with the manager, he unapologetically stated that breakfast ends at 10 AM. Such rigid and dismissive behavior is unacceptable, especially at a resort charging ₹15,000 per night. Having visited many resorts worldwide, I’ve never encountered such poor hospitality.
It felt like Army Canteen, than Leisure Restaurant. Pathetic.
That said, the property itself is impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the pool and beach access were excellent, and the overall cleanliness was commendable.
However, the negative dining experience overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.
My stay at Sea Shell Samssara Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options in the breakfast menu that catered to all tastes. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making dining a memorable experience.
The private beach added an extra layer of exclusivity and tranquility to my stay, perfect for unwinding away from the crowds. I can’t recommend Sea Shell Samssara enough for those looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. I’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time in hotel and staff were courteous and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were very polite and friendly and prompt. Maybe the choice for the food in the all inclusive package was not so good. Overall excellent and would not hesitate to recommend my friends.
The hotel is good, it’s a beach side property – however due to corals and other rocks not recommended. You can enjoy the view. The food was excellent, the breakfast spread is adequate and with sufficient varieties.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Seashell Samsarra Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is absolutely stunning, with its beautifully designed layout and breathtaking beach views, which are undoubtedly the best part of this hotel.
A special thanks to Mr. Girish Singh bisht, whose exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. His kind and attentive nature stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. One of the highlights was the candlelight dinner he arranged for us—it was a magical experience that added a personal touch to our trip.
Overall, the combination of the hotel’s serene ambiance, top-notch amenities, and Mr. Girish Singh bisht outstanding service makes Seashell Samsarra a must-visit destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect beachside getaway.
