Really bad experience with hotel spa. as per package they are supposed to provide 15 mins complimentary foot massage but masseurs are hesitant and only asking for go for full package. If they are not able to cater freebies on offer then whats the need to providing such lucrative deals to customers. Every time you go to their spa they will ask to come next day. Too much upset with hotel staff despite I booked two rooms and paying good amount of money for the service.
Terrible hotel with multiple purpose venue. The staff are definitely over worked. Hand shower broken as it appeared that it was clued when I attempted to use the shower, mosquitos in the bedroom and television remote control not working. Not a place to book for a rest
We booked the hotel because of its good reviews but from the beginning there were problems. We booked a double bed room but they alloted us a twin bed room. We changed our room but there were maintenance problems in the bathroom. Definitely not a place to stay with your family and friends.
It looks like a hotel built by someone with no hospitality experience. The staff was generally courteous, but there were so many issues with the hotel in general. I asked for a baby cot for my child, which was not available. Ultimately, I had to spend for an extra bed. The room ac was not working properly, the TV was not working properly, and even getting a small water bottle was an issue. Generally not worth the price and a strict no if you are traveling with family
Its ok if u have come for work and in the night will come to sleep only. No smart TV . location is on the main road. dusty environment becau.se of traffic. rooms are small. i got a queen bed. It can be called a 3.5 star, but not a five star. Dinner layout is average.
