Resort is good ,location is best they have a private beach this also very clean and well maintained. We had our breakfast and beach side romantic candle light dinner. Food is very good taste and quantity is good. Staff are well behaved. Room has less light.but it is cleaned and spacious.
It’s nice hotel with large and posh room.
However bathrooms are not in good condition. Staff behavior is also good. However food is not that much good. And surprising thing is that manager don’t know what is going on in restaurant, he don’t pay attention towards restaurant and food. But restaurant guy is good person and personally attends guests.
Overall I had comfortable and nice stay.
Stayed here for 3 days in Oct ’24 on the second floor Deluxe AC room (not in the cottages). Room was spacious with a decent clean bathroom. Bed mattress was comfortable. Could have a relaxing time on the sofas after a day’s activity on the Elephant Beach.
Food was tasty. The complimentary breakfast was filling enough though the variety was less. When we booked the hotel online, we were a little worried about the quality of food after reading some reviews. But found the food to be quite good during our stay. Plus there are other restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.
We enjoyed the first afternoon on the private beach of the hotel. No crowd, only a few other guests. We were planning for a beach-side dinner on the last evening before we left, but rains spoiled that.
The only problem was that the hotel does not have a lift. We had to climb the stairs.
This hotel was provided by my package handler. To be honest the only good part of this hotel is the location near the beach and also the candle light dinner. Food taste was below average. Service is good, but for morning check out people they are not willing to help that much with luggage and stuff. The person in the reception was sleeping in the morning and simply told that our staff will arrive at 7am.
Coming to rooms, we got a cottage type room, ac cooling was bad and in the end water drops use to come out from AC. The drainage in the washroom is very slow including the flush. Overall experience was average. You cannot stay in this place for more than two days, thats for sure.
My experience with this resort for a candle light dinner was simply amazing and will be cherished for life. The location, decor, food and the service was superb. 5 stars from my side 👍
