  1. The quality of the place should be more than apparent from the delicate nature of its plumbing (see photos).

    To top it off:
There was no running hot water despite specifically mentioning before contract that I will only avail of room & board if there is running hot water.
Apparently they have voltage fluctuations in the night, not that the geyser worked in the morning. Voltage fluctuations in an energy surplus city supplied by the Tehri Dam. Still, I don’t understand how that is my problem. (Excerpts of whatsapp conversation attached)

    Argumentative and uncouth management.

I am surprised how this is an Oyo facility in the first place!

Food is delivered from some nondescript dhaba and the “resort” does not let itself be bothered by petty things like provision of utensils & cutlery (I got 1 disposable plate, lucky me!).

Please note that they do not actually have parking.
The 2-wheeler “parking” requires you to cross a bent ramp with a 2-feet depression followed by an abrupt bump down – it’s a pedestrian’s side gate and not actually for vehicles. They might as well have a moat with alligators.

It’s a night motel, not a resort – and an exceptionally poor excuse even for that. I would rate it 1/5 tarbooz.

  2. Can be a good option for backpackers but not advisable for couples and strictly not if carrying children. Spider web on wall, roof, cane furniture. Power plug not working, geyser works only in morning. Gentleman Apal don’t want to continue with OYO and only selling non ac rooms with Oyo. It looks like dharamshala for architecture and conditions of room. Carpet in the room stinks with rotten smell.

  3. Location is in mid way. But staying in hotel is not good. Breakfast is not on time. Food is not really not good. Just to spent night means ok. Nothing else. Need to improve
