I stayed with my family in Shrigo, Haridwar.
Rooms were clean, supportive staff, good food..If you are looking for good hotel with Family in Budget then must go in Shrigo.
Overall good Experience.
Mr.Naveen Ravat is a nice person and very supportive.
Lot of issues with this Hotel read carefully before you book it.
1) Room is ok but washroom is very compact and no proper space.
2) Bedsheet are not proper clean and bed mattress spring is broken, you will get back pain in the morning.
3) Evening reception staff is good but morning staff is not having any sense how to treat guest. He told me why I am not taking any Tea or coffee in the morning when I am doing checkout. Statement of hotel receptionist ( kya hua sir chai coffee le lo aapko paise ki koi dikkat thodi na h )
I booked 2 rooms for 3000INR per night but I believe you got a lot better option then this place in same money.
I stayed here only for one day, but I had a decent experience at this hotel. Firstly, it is located right by the central Haridwar road, which is connected to both Har ki Pauri and the main shopping street, so it was very convenient for me to visit these spots.
Secondly, upon arrival, the reception manager was kind and polite, and the room allotted to me was spacious and clean, so it felt quite welcoming, especially after a long journey and getting stuck for 2 hours in the Haridwar traffic.
On the downside, I wish there were windows as I generally prefer my room to be ventilated with fresh air. The welcome drink (rooh-afza) was refreshing but a little too sugary for my taste. As for the food, I didn’t have it here, so I can’t speak for that.
The food is delicious and home-like. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Mr. Naveen Rawat is very good person, always help us.
