The perfect stay amidst the Binsar forest with nothing but woods around. Even then the location was great – with the Himalayas visible from the rooms and the jungles all around. The Binsar Mahadev temple was also right beside. The staff was also extremely nice and the food was great. They had a lot of options on their menu even being In such a remote place. The rooms were nice, big, clean and wonderful. Saw the most amazing night sky from here. The only thing is that there is no geyser in the washroom as they are solar powered and every time you need hot water they give it to you in a bucket which might be uncomfortable for some.
Simba cafe is located right inside the Binsar National Park. Lovely experience staying here. The rooms are awesome. The food is delicious and the best part? We were lucky enough to spot tigers here. We also witnessed a lot of different species of animals while walking through the forest.
We went to the restaurant in Simba Cafe. Given that it was off season, the menu was limited. Nevertheless, they were nice enough to serve rosemary tea, lemon tea, fries and vegetable pakoda. The pakodas were great, the others were average.
The cafe itself has a nice ambience and has books one can spend time reading. It is just in front of the Binsar Mahadev temple, and has a lovely view. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, good place to visit while at Binsar.
It was our family trip. We stayed at Simba Cafe for 2 days. Kishore was very welcoming and a great host. The rooms were neat and clean. The food served by Manoj was also delicious. We would love to visit again.
It’s the only cafe inside the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary… great location… reasonably priced limited menu… there is an old Lord Shiva temple opposite the cafe..
