I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the location is excellent. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Although I don’t usually write reviews, I felt compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service.
The rooms and pool area are immaculately clean, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the laid-back Goa vibe. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, cleanliness, and prime location.
It’s a budget hotel with only very basic amenities and services. Rates are unnecessary on higher side, I don’t know why. I had taken a super deluxe room but it was only in name and there was nothing called super nor deluxe. Room had a very bad smell. I complaint two times but the issue didn’t solved. They only sprayed room freshener. Price should not be more than 2000/- per night for two.
The worst part is service delivery. Reception people and managers were hugely rude. The serving staff and the housekeeping members were mostly ok. Their rule regulations are even stricter than seven star luxury hotels. Totally a money minded team.
The good part is that their swimming pool 🏊♂️ is awesome. So clean and beautiful. Distance from the beach (by a small street through weeds) is ok and manageable. Mainly they deserve money for swimming pool only. Other than this all amenities are very basic added with rude staff and stringent rules.
I recently stayed at SinQ resort and was quite disappointed with my experience. The rooms were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, which was surprising for the price and overall reputation of the hotel.
The strict checkout policy added to the inconvenience, as there was little flexibility offered. Also, the hotel has a dedicated time for room cleaning, and if you miss that window, they won’t consider cleaning the room later, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant stay.
Rooms are ok.
Car parking is taken care of by the staff. You need to handover car keys to security. When needed security needs to be informed in advance. However, we faced issues when no one was available to provide car keys for quite some time.
We booked a room for 3 and were provided extra mattress; however, the mattress does not come with extra pillows. When enquired, staff were very strict that they do not provide extra pillows and asked to adjust with what was already there. Seemed very strange and uncomfortable.
The experience so far has been very average looking at the price except the location which seems to be the only plus point so far.
Decent resort in one of the busiest beach 🏖️ of North Goa. The resort is very well maintained. They have 3-4 category of rooms and rooms were decent with all basic amenities and small balcony with a view not that good. The service was fast and staff was really polite. Their in house restaurant is good and the food was quite nice charging decent prices. Swimming pool cleaning was done frequently and they also rent scooty. The fare was decent and depends on season to season. But the beach is bit far from Calangute beach so you need a vehicle to visit beach. Overall a nice experience here.
