Best hotel and management for organized events. I celebrated my son’s first birthday here with a gathering of 35 people. Mr. Surender provided full support and best value possible in gurgaon. The food was very delicious. Service was very good. All the members were taken care of by the hotel staff.
The staff seems inhospitable and keeps a sharp glare at guests, as if weren’t staying here for free. They will help you with your luggage, but linger as if expecting a tip. The upstairs lobby was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. The rooms were decent, washrooms were okayish, a little cramped.
The room was not much spacious. Bedsheets were stained so we had to ask the staffs to change it. Quality of food was kinda okay. Room was smelling. Need to improve the cleanliness of the room.
I did not like my experience here. The rooms were very average and the service was not up to the mark. Only the balcony was good. The restaurant food was good but the breakfast was very average. The service was extremely slow and they were giving service only when we called 10 times otherwise they won’t come.
Very nice hotel with all services highly recommend as in that area high rated hotels are charging very higher rates. Comparing with that hotel is very good and cost effective
