Great Stay with Stunning Views and Excellent Service
I recently stayed at this hotel in Dalhousie and had a mostly delightful experience. The property offers breathtaking views of the mountain ranges right from the rooms, which was a highlight of my stay. The rooms are equipped with centralized air conditioning and 24-hour hot water, making it very comfortable, especially during colder months.
The service deserves special mention – the staff was extremely polite and responsive, always ensuring our needs were met promptly. The complimentary breakfast, if included in your package, is decent and a good start to the day.
The hotel also features a recreation room and a conference room, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The recreation room adds an extra layer of relaxation, while the conference room is a good facility for professional gatherings.
The hotel maintains a clean and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Parking is available on the premises, though I’m unsure about wheelchair accessibility as I didn’t notice any specific provisions for it.
However, I did encounter two minor issues. In room 691, the shampoo dispenser was leaking, and in room 692, the room heating sensor wasn’t working, which kept the temperature constant at 28°C. I reported these to the staff and hope they have been addressed by now.
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its stunning views, excellent service, and comfortable amenities. The additional facilities like the recreation and conference rooms make it a great choice for all types of travelers. A few minor fixes and it would be perfect!
Had a great stay here. Rooms are equipped with a serene view of nature. Rooms are very neat and well maintained. We will feel like staying in the same place for a long time. Food is also good. Neat bathroom and amble amount of space is there in rooms. I enjoyed my stay here with my family.
Our stay at Snow Valley Resort was truly wonderful! The stunning mountain views from our room were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return!
Location is very convenient from the nearest marketplace. Easy to locate and reach.
Rooms are neat and spacious. We got the premium rooms with the valley view and it was a good experience.
Although, parking is an issue. They have underground parking (most of the rooms are also underground but views are good).
Breakfast spread was good and the taste was above average.
Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely loved every single thing about the hotel and the services. Amazing staff and oh my goodness what an amazing chef they have. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. View from the rooms is breathtaking.
