The lunch was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with fresh flavors and perfect seasoning. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a truly satisfying dining experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several aspects.
First, the food quality, especially the breakfast, was far below expectations . The variety was limited, and the taste was mediocre at best.
The in-room entertainment was another letdown. The television provided was an old-fashioned model from the 1990s, and it was only 32 inches. In today’s standards, one would expect at least a 43-inch UHD TV for a more enjoyable viewing experience.
Additionally, the hotel’s accessibility was inconvenient. Only one small gate was open for entry, forcing guests to take a long U-turn, which was both time-consuming and frustrating.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in its amenities and service to justify its pricing and provide a satisfactory experience for its guests.
