**Review Title: Poor Service and Unexpected Checkout Charges**
I recently stayed at “Sai Palace Inn” and was extremely disappointed with my experience, particularly with the reception staff.
During checkout, the staff were not only unhelpful but also displayed a dismissive attitude when I raised concerns about my charges. I was unexpectedly billed an extra amount that was never disclosed during my booking. When I asked for clarification, the reception staff were unresponsive and offered no assistance.
This combination of poor service and unexpected charges made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

A little far from the ashram. The service is really good at an affordable price. The staff are really friendly and respond immediately to phone calls.
I would definitely recommend it to people who are mainly here to visit the hospital because it’s right in front of the Sri Sathya Sai hospital, Prashanti.
