Every thing is good .Staff and room quality very good.amazing experience.
Unless staying at this hotel cures someone’s cancer or eradicates World Hunger, you should NOT consider staying here. Here’s why….
Safety- It may not be an overstatement to call owner Navneet Deswal a goon. Started yelling at me over call when I confronted overcharging. “Paise de, saaman bandh aur nikaljaa abhi ke abhi” is his best tone of hospitality. He then goes on to threaten me saying “tu rukhja abb main aake dikhata hu tujhe”. If for any emergency you have to stay at this rathole, keep 112 on speed dial. Fir police ke saamne inki saari hekdi nikal jaaegi aur sant aadmi ban jaenge. But then I had call recordings as proof so that worked for me.
Over charging- commits something and bills you something else.
Rude staff- Staff uses arey turey language and orders you around. “Jaa jaa karle jaa”
Interference- Forced to change rooms 3 times within a week for no reason. That too without patience. Just will keep banging the door. Even after saying I am having a meet, he persisted that I need to change the room immediately.
All of this happened on the second last and last day of my stay.
And much more but those small details will belittle these major points so not including those here.
Don’t go by other reviews. If I have at least 150 people in my network it is not that hard for me to ask them for a 4 star and 5 star reviews.
