Definitely a great place to stay in Sivasagar. Neat and clean property, rooms are very spacious and comfort. Kitchen is also available with utensils for own cooking. Need few improvement in services, such as
geyser not available in our room, windows are not properly closed, mattress of single bed is way too hard. Very limited food options.
Otherwise a nice property for a night or two.
Sunny Villa Homestay is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel calm and happy. The property is beautiful with lots of greenery. The rooms are very clean and have great furniture, making your stay enjoyable. Every part of the place feels welcoming, making you feel at home. With its peaceful atmosphere and great details, Sunny Villa Homestay is a great escape from daily life. I highly recommend it!
I have visited this homestay 2years back, at that time service was great, owner’s behaviour was good everything was top notch. But i have visited yesterday that’s on 15/10/2024, with my fiance, everything Changed, service was bad owner’s behaviour was so rude, over priced rooms in a place like sivsagar. My two guests have come yesterday to greet me , and to have a sip of beer as we have met, after so long. Seeing therm owner asked me to pay, for 4 people as he said that guests are not allowed. They have not come to stay with me they just visited me accompanied me, we had dinner together. I will upload the house rules as well, it is clearly mentioned that guests are not allowed to stay, but it’s not mentioned anywhere that guests cannot visit. I have paid a amount of rupees 2400/-, for a 1bhk room, AC was not working. I am a travelbug , I have stayed in so many homestays or hotels, but never faced this kind of attitude and rudeness. Last but not the least, it’s my last stay over here and I wouldn’t recommend for my fellow travellers. Thank you 👎
It’s a fantastic place where you can stay like your own home. Well The rooms are very clean and the ambience is quite good. About the food…damn it’s so delicious I guess the lady there who cooks has some Jaadu(magic) 😜in her hands!! Well the location is a bit distinct from Sibsagar town but the foods compensate it😊. Hope they will maintain the quality of their services. Overall got an alluring experience.
