I had a wonderful experience at the (Taj Mahal palace). The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience.
Behaviour of staff was not appropriate. Even water was not provided so what services do you expect from HOTEL NAVYA GRAND. only name is Grand but services are just opposite. Please don’t come it’s just spoil your stay.
Dont waste money and time. Wrost hotel in patna.
Location-very bad.heavy traffic.no auto availabe on base price. Roads are very damaged
Cleaniness- very poor. Bedsheet and pillow cover was dirty.
Staff-untrained. Not wear proper dress.mutual conversation is bad.
Note-300 rs Extra money charged by the manager.i had prepaid booking by oyo.
Food was very costly same food availabe in approx half rate in other hotels.
When I sleept about 11 o clock staff bring QR scanner and ask for food payment. What is this cheap behaviour. First time seen in this hotel i was shocked.

The location of this hotel is bad, it’s very difficult to get a cab from there. Beddings provided were dirty, I was staying there for a day only so I didn’t bothered them about it, but they should check the room and cleanliness before allotting the room. Food was good.
It’s worst, arrogant staff, money minded people, suppose u get hotel at cheaper rate from any booking site, they will bully u, saying we won’t give u room, how can u get room at such cheaper rate.
