Ito is a fraud company don’t ever try to book room from this app they take booking and one day before they mail and say your booking is cancelled and also don’t refund the booking amount

Rooms are dirtier than Worst room possible. No cleaning has been done in washrooms or wash basins. Rooms are pathetic.

I was book a room but the hotel manager block my entry when I was called to Oyo customer care he was adjust my room that was online booked on Oyo only in 374 and I have already paid 799 for my firet booking. I am requesting to everyone that do not use Oyo. Bycott Oyo.
