The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are big and standard in size and have all the necessities that you expect from the hotel. The buffet breakfast is awesome at the hotel and has an excellent spread. The staff is very friendly and the service is very prompt. The price in which I had booked the room was very nice. Plus the staff present at the hotel was really very helpful and courteous be it the housekeeping team or the security team they all were always up to the mark. The housekeeping incharge along with his team members were always ready to help and they always responded on time and kept the room very clean. Security person was also very nice and always welcomed us with a smile. Overall experience at the hotel was very nice and I would surely stay in this hotel again. This was my first visit to this hotel but I loved the overall experience.

However, I did encounter an issue with the bath water. The water was salty and had an unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting. This significantly affected my bathing experience and is something I believe the hotel should address promptly.
Despite this, the rest of the stay was good, and I would recommend the hotel if the water issue is resolved. I hope management looks into this matter to improve the overall guest experience.
