Booked candle light dinner there and paid approx 7.5 k for that…but it was a total waste. Ruined our whole evening. The decoration, the effort was all not worthy . It would have been much better view and evening if we would have stayed at pool side at our resort. Felt very inferior as the arrangement done by another resort in immediate neighborhood was mind-blowing. We were shown a different picture while booking and on the day it was nowhere near to what was promised . Plus there was much delay from there side. Instead of red wine white wine was served. Wine was also cheap. The only good thing was coconut pudding on that table.
I had an absolutely delightful stay at Symphony Palms Beach Resort and Spa. The property is nestled in a serene and picturesque location, offering breathtaking views of the ocean(lagoon suites). The private beach access was the highlight of my stay, perfect for enjoying tranquil mornings and mesmerizing sunsets.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience.
The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good mix of local and international cuisines. The seafood, in particular, was fresh and flavorful.
The resort’s lush green surroundings and well-maintained gardens added to its charm, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.
Overall, Symphony Palms Beach Resort and Spa exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape, this is the ideal destination. I can’t wait to return!
Staff service is great. Especially RICK. His hospitality was top notch.
Location is great since they have private beach.
But rooms and washrooms are below average and poor. There is no swimming pool for such a large property.
Rooms are expensive considering the quality of rooms.
It’s a beach resort and I stayed for two nights. I had booked a cottage room however when I reached they informed me there was no availability of the cottage room. They upgraded me to beach facing room however the room had issues . I reached at 4pm and the AC in the room didn’t work I kept informing them and by 11pm they were able to fix the issue with the AC. The door latch wasn’t good all night I was awake as due to breeze I felt like someone was knocking the door. This was due to the poor latch. Next day they moved me to cottage room which was much better than their beach facing rooms. The TV also had issues so I couldn’t watch the TV.
They have in house restaurant which is pretty decent but there are nearby restaurants to try.
I had opted for complimentary breakfast, they had very limited options.
Only plus about this resort is you have access to private beach .
Next visit I would prefer staying in a better resort.
Worst 4-star property I have ever stayed. Rude staff and reception desk. Poor room quality and service.
We felt un-welcomed. Room quality is of low quality. They don’t have proper jet in washroom, geyser is broken , Shower tab is broken washroom is not well maintained.
They don’t keep washroom kit. One of the staff @Deepak said we keep everything in room ON-DEMAND. Wish someone will help me understand what ON-DEMAND means when it comes to making room ready for guest with essential kits.
