  1. We stayed in the aqua villa. While the property is beautiful, the service is horrible and the staff is extremely uncooperative. There was an issue in our room due to which we did not get hot water. Instead of helping, the staff was rude. Further, they do not clean the rooms on time (even when make-up room sign is left on). On enquiring about room, the housekeeping staff mentions that their priority is cleaning rooms which have been checked out from so that they can make place for new guest… service for existing guests can take a backseat.

Just to add on – after changing rooms (finally), we got a place that was filled with mosquitoes

  2. My stay at Symphony Samudra Beachside Jungle Resort and Spa was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a lush jungle with breathtaking views of the ocean, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury and nature. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch – the staff were warm, welcoming, and ensured that every need was met with a smile.

The resort’s location is unbeatable, offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean and serene sunsets that were simply mesmerizing. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with all the modern amenities for a truly comfortable stay. The balcony overlooked the sea, and waking up to the sound of waves was a dream come true.

  3. *Mixed Experience at Symphony Samudra, Port Blair – Oct 2024*

I recently stayed at Symphony Samudra in Port Blair, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.

    *Pros:*

    1. *Secluded yet accessible location*: Close to Chidyatapu, offering a serene atmosphere.
    2. *Stunning entrance and reception*: Beautifully designed, setting the tone for a pleasant stay.
    3. *Infinity swimming pool*: Breathtaking sunset views, accompanied by a convenient poolside bar.
    4. *Delicious food and buffet*: Variety and taste were impressive.
    5. *Convenient scooty hiring*: Nearby services made exploration easy.
    6. *Excellent spa facilities*: Relaxation and rejuvenation options available.
    7. *Special rates for Armed Forces personnel*: Appreciable gesture.

    *Cons:*

    1. *Frequent power cuts*: Delayed backup generators disrupted activities.
    2. *Mosquito menace*: Persistent issue due to small water body, despite regular cleaning.
    3. *Room cleanliness*: Dust accumulation under beds and TV cabinets.
    4. *Play area maintenance*: Slippery floor and neglect.
    5. *No AC in TT room*: Inconvenient for travelers.
    6. *TV issues*: Unrecharged channels, poor cost-saving measure. TV was not recharged and despite asking them to recharge they recharge only limited channels.
    7. *Internet connectivity*: Non-functional.
    8. *Delayed billing*: Slow service despite reminders.
    9. *Laundry service failures*: Promise one-day service however do not deliver.
    10. *Grumpy staff*: Overworked and uncooperative attitude, consistently saying “no” to requests. This is all across the table from the receptionist to the Barman to the guy at the restaurant.

*Overall:* Symphony Samudra’s stunning architecture and amenities were overshadowed by subpar service, maintenance issues and staff attitude. Addressing these concerns could elevate the guest experience.

    *Rating:* 3/5 stars

  4. The service is good. However the rooms are newly done though the feel and the price don’t match. ( I had come during festive season consider that). Staff are really courteous and that’s a 5 out of 5. The receptionist lady ( missed the name tag) , the waiter Narayan the housekeeping boy Mishraji yes they were good. Location is good . Though it’s 4 and half star. Just the access to beach we could not go due to time constraints. So you guys explore. Spa was not working at the time. Rest all good.

  5. We recently had one of our most memorable stay at The Symphany Samudra resort, Chidiyatapu for 3 nights and every bit of our stay has been an exhilarating experience with the best hospitality, food and some wonderful time close to the nature!! The USP of the resort is its beautiful location surrounded by nature. Enjoying the picturesque breathtaking view from resort pool with a chilled Beer in hand has been a wonderful experience. 😊🥳👌👌🍻🍻
Mr Gaurav ( Manager) and his excellent team ensures that every wish of the guests is met with attention to the minutest detail making each day of ours more special than the last.
Your postive and responsive team make sure that the guests enjoy their stay in the most hassle free manner which is commendable and makes this property more special. The buffet menu of the restaurant though not very elaborate but the food served is super delicious and the responsive staff adds on to your experience.🥳😊🎉
I would recommend Symphany Samudra Resort as best stay option for everyone planning a relaxing vacation in Andamans. Thankyou once again for making our stay comfortable & memorable. we look forward to visit you in future too!!🥳🎉🫡
    Warm Regards
