Awesome place.
One issue i would suggest the steps to the restaurant is uneven riser so be little careful while climbing.
Room services were good, staffs were very pleasant.
Small sparrows were there everywhere near the balcony (not all a disturbance) give a pleasant feeling.
We stayed at the Beach Mansion with an attached pool. Room was excellent. The front office is unconcerned about the guest. The RM behaved indifferently bordering to rudeness and had to be cautioned. Overall the front office lacks hospitality basics and are always with their heads submerged in the computers. Location is good. Pool breakfast was served however it was without intimation. We were out and and the floating breakfast tray was placed in the pool even before we arrived. Lack of coordination. Good room, poor management yet a pleasant stay.
My complaint with the property was the hygiene issue. There were flies and sparrows over the food counter and restaurant. And staff were not bothered this is a big red.
Even though the property was good I think they should work on hygiene and also staff need to be better trained.
I recently stayed at Symphony Summer Sands in Neil Island, and overall, it was a great experience, well worth the hype. The property is stunning, and the food was very tasty. However, I do think they should consider adding more variety to their breakfast buffet, as the options felt a bit limited. Another minor disappointment was the music by the pool, which could definitely be improved. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting and delicious food.
Lovely property and beautiful location the check-in was fast and seamless and the rooms are huge and spacious with lovely garden and private pool access area. This resort also has a very beautiful private beach. The room service and staff is also very courteous. 100% recommended.
