We stayed a single night at Tango Beach Resort, and honestly, that was 24-hours too many. The customer service here makes a back-alley motel seem like a five-star experience. The electricity supply is about as reliable as my 100-year-old grandmother’s bowels. Breakfast is non-existent—if you manage to avoid being ambushed by swarms of flies, consider it a miracle worth writing home about. If you order food, be ready to pay a lot for less.
The only thing this place has going for it is its location and the view, but even that feels like a consolation prize. Do yourself a favour – admire the beach from literally anywhere else.
Only one bulb out of 3 was in service. No basic amenities like Hair Dryer, Hand Shower were available. They also could not provide even after request. Otherwise their service was good. There are many sea facing rooms and they are having their own beach and clean swimming pool. Complimentary breakfast was just average. Food was not good and tasty. Overall one may stay here comfortably and enjoy the beachfront resort.
Few days ago, I had posted a decent review mentioning the flows we experienced during our visit. To my surprise, response from owner of Tango Beach resort shows the mentality of owner. Such response from owner shows how guest friendly your resort is. That response shows the rudeness of owner. Instead of making your resort more guest friendly, owner had questioned on my expectation. During our trip to Andaman, we never stayed in any ITC hotel but still they met our expectations. Only your Resort or Guest house did not meet our expectations. You may ask your manager about how dirty curtains and extra mattresses were. Your manager was also helpless stating less staff. Your resort is not even worth 1 rating looking at your rude and egoistic response.
The Hotel is not the worth for being called as Resort. It may be called as Guest House. Rooms were very small and uncleaned during our stay. Walls of rooms were not cleaned, curtains were dirty, rooms were very small. All such basic things were not there in rooms. Moreover extra mattress provided to us was also very dirty. We had 3 rooms booked for our family members. None of them liked the resort. If you wish to ruin your holiday at Neil Island, then only go for this resort otherwise many better options are available. Breakfast and Dinner was of average taste. This is the only stay in Andaman which we did not like. All other hotels during our trip were excellent.

Waiter needs to be trained to handle customer order. Hotel management training to be given.
Ground floor dinning hall to kitchen door bangs with loud sound. There is no stopper. It is irritating
Beach location is super, if you make no light, no sound zone after 9pm. We can enjoy the night sky in beach.
Garden need to kept clean.
Beach can be once in while.

Overall I had great experience
Staff are very polite and professional.
Location is also good, on beach front.
Pool is there so while booking you may specific ask for rooms front of pool, it is in front of beach as well.
Breakfast is good and fresh. Catering staff too very polite and cooperative.
Recommended.
