VERY POOR SERVICE
NO CLEANLINESS AT ALL
NO ELECTRICITY
There were no attendants in the reception.
There was no light
Cleanliness was the worst part,
Thier blankets were stained,dust was present all over the room,bedsheets weren’t changed.
Staff was very bad too
They smoked Cigarettes in the kitchen
The kitchen was also very unhigenic
Very Very Bad Experience.
Far from city center and worst service, food is disgusting..
It was a newly opened hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The electric supply was erratic but they have generator backup. The dining area is on the 4th floor and you get out of breath every time you climb up to hour breakfast and dinner
Nice room with great views. Staffs are very much friendly with great service specially foods are really good.
