Bharat Backpackers, a venture of Dahiya Tour and Travels, offers a variety of travel services including, but not limited to:

  • Tour and travel packages
  • Car rental services (self-drive and chauffeur-driven)
  • Driving learning school services

All services are subject to availability and specific terms mentioned at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payments

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the service.
  • Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and other factors. Any change in pricing will be communicated before confirmation.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are outlined separately and should be reviewed before making a reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Tour Packages: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the tour will be fully refunded, minus any transaction charges. Cancellations made between 15-30 days will incur a 50% charge, and those made less than 15 days in advance will not be refunded.
  • Car Rentals: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 20% charge.
  • Driving Learning School: Cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 10% processing fee.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that some services may be non-refundable, and specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when making a booking.
  • You must not use this website or our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account details and password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • The content and information provided on our website are for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any content without notice.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bharat Backpackers, including its owners, employees, and partners, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Inaccurate information or errors on our website
  • Delays, interruptions, or technical issues
  • Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances

We act as a facilitator for third-party services (such as airline bookings), and any issues related to third-party services are subject to their terms and conditions.

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing our services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, political instability, pandemics, or government restrictions.
