Location is far from main Kasauli-greener and peaceful. Service is excellent. Phone connectivity is zero. The food can get better- many times dishes were extra salty. I would also suggest them to do away with bottled water, it should be given on request only otherwise mineral water from mountains should be encouraged. Will avoid plastic waste in hills
