Title: Amazing Stay and Service!
I had an incredible experience at The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s amenities, especially the pool and gym, were excellent. The location was also ideal, close to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Me and my wife visited Delhi for WADEASIA exhibition. We stayed here for 2 nights. While booking we went through the pics and the reviews on the hotel’s page. Pics of interior spaces gave good vibes while booking and those vibes were supported by the good reviews. Their prices are very affordable but when we see their inside spaces, they are very nicely designed and built.
Rooms are optimum sized, not too small, not too large. Room was quite cozy and well designed for the comfort stay.
Food was also great at their restaurant on the top floor. Service was good. Their bathrooms were very neat and cleaned. I liked the interior of the bathroom done with black tile and some black and white highlighting tiles, same as seen in few pics.
The Aldott Gurugram offers a beautiful location and stunning interior design, making for a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and peaceful, providing a comfortable retreat.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing, with limited options. The cut fruits appeared stale, my boiled egg was spoiled, and the tea lacked flavor. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, improvements in the breakfast quality are needed.
I recently stayed at the aldott, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed issues with cleanliness that made me uncomfortable. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, I didn’t receive the help I expected.
The situation worsened when I discovered bed bugs in my room. This was alarming and unacceptable, especially since I had to spend the night there. The next day, the hotel staff did eventually assist me by moving me to a new room, but the damage was already done.
While I appreciate the staff’s attempt to rectify the situation, the overall lack of cleanliness and the presence of bed bugs overshadowed my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience, and I hope they take these issues seriously to improve for future guests.
I stayed here for 5 days and I can say for sure that I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I came alone and safety and security was my biggest concern. But, this place was such a relief for that matter. Clean rooms, responsible staff and absolutely delicious food. Would definitely recommend this place.
