Astor Goa is one of the most peaceful hotels I have ever been to, the hotel staffs are very kind and always carry a pleasant smile , they are always ready to help in case u need something. The dining room staffs are great , each one of them are so polite and gentle and the way the service is really appreciable .
Most importantly they hotel is child friendly, the dining room staffs are always ready to help us out in sorting out the infants meal , they provide complementary meal for kids , and the meal is made according to our recommendations and recipes.
Overall ambience and amenities are good .
The rooms are clean and neat .
My family truly enjoyed our time at the Astor. You really had something for everyone. Our young kids enjoyed the pool and the cupcake making. the adults enjoyed you cooking classes and happy hour along with your incredible spa. You made things very easy to get around by assisting us with shuttles to near by destinations within Goa.
We have already shared how amazing your hotel is and hope our friends come to visit you soon.
A few stand out individuals were Amisha, Eddy, Eric, Amul, Joseph and Chef Dave. Beyond these individuals there were many other friendly staff.

It’s a nice resort to stay, the staffs, especially at the bar and restaurant, are really great. One named Eddy was excellent, I’ll recommend asking him for the choice of drink over there. The food is great also. Rooms are great and spacious and the pool is fun. Place is little away from beach. A perfect for staying with your friends and family

We had a lovely time staying at the Astor hotel . Overall experience was fantastic. The rooms are well maintained. Pool very clean and well maintained. The staff need an extra brownie points as they were all very helpful and warm. Always smiling and very active. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
