The biggest problem is parking.
A hotel that too 3 star without parking is unimaginable.
Paying tons or even a penny for a hotel without parking is not worth it.
There is no proper arrangement for parking even for a single car. Not even for a 2 wheeler forget about car.
The staff is okay sometimes and rude sometimes depending on the situation. Should learn to be polite with customers.
They should know soft skills and etiquette and should have managerial capabilities, which is lacking in staff here.
They don’t have manners or courtesy or etiquette.
They don’t even know how to stand while speaking in a serious situation
Beaing in one of the prime areas, Beacon hosted our guests, who traveled from various locations for our event, and we reserved a total of 16 rooms. I’m thrilled to share that each room was impeccably clean, and the staff took excellent care of our visitors. Despite having different check-in and check-out times, the staff, particularly Bharat, managed everything seamlessly, ensuring there were no issues. Many of our guests complimented us on choosing such a great hotel.
My top priority was to have clean rooms, fresh linens, and spotless bathrooms, and Beacon exceeded my expectations in all these areas, earning a 5-star rating. Additionally, we opted for the breakfast package, which received rave reviews from all our guests. With visitors of all ages, when they say the food was good, you can trust that it was truly exceptional.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our stay and the hospitality at Beacon. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable, and they succeeded in making the experience enjoyable for everyone.
One of the worst hotel to stay. They give your room on hourly basis to someone and you have to wait for hours no matter what time you come in.
I had a corporate booking, came at 8 pm still have to wait for 1. 5 hrs for the room. Ended up getting a dingy room 102 with dirty bedsheet. Sorry I couldn’t take the pic.
Pathetic experience. The receptionist agreed that they give these rooms like this. Pathetic.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at your establishment in December 2023 and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. The overall quality of the stay was exceptional. The room’s air conditioning provided a much-needed respite from the city’s heat, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout our visit. The hotel is located in a residential area and very close to mainroad (Walking Distance).
The breakfast selection was particularly impressive, earning a perfect score from me for its variety and quality. It was a delightful way to start each day. Additionally, I was pleased with the cleanliness of both the rooms and the corridors, which were maintained to a high standard.
However, I did encounter one inconvenience: the lack of private parking. As a guest with a vehicle, I had to resort to street parking. This is an area I believe could be improved for the convenience of future guests.
