The food is great, but the reception staff needs to be better trained in terms of behaviour.
During rains water leaks through the window panes.
The most troubling issue was that after completion of payment and other formalities, their own staff loaded our luggage in the vehicle as per our request. But after 10-15 mins we received a call from the reception telling us that u have not informed and checked out of the hotel. The reception staff badly needs some proper training in handling guests.
the reception staff needs to be better trained in terms of behaviour..how to speak a guest he don’t know…we also paid the bill not to be a free accommodation.. receptionist boy must be upgraded in hospitality industries…thanx..👍
Great hotel in Dibrugarh . Staffs are really polite and supportive. Food is good. Overall very good stay for me.
I have been here for three times and I really love the food, it was too tasty and also the all restaurant staff they are so polite so well mannered specially to Nikita gogoi she is really too sweet I will definitely gonna visit next time…. I may hope I will get this type of service again
