The rooms are in bad condition floors were dirty and broken.. my guest even said that the bed had bedbugs. The walls are dirty super small rooms. Staff was ok to talk to though i did not interact.. for the kind if dirty rooms the hotel has the pricing is way too high add 3000 more and u can stay at a very good and clean hotel in this area.. i wont recommend this hotel to people for staying.. my plan was to stay for 7 days but the moment i was able to get another hotel i ran away from this dirty hotel

I’m almost sure I paid way too much. I’m not quite sure who to recommend this hotel to…
Room was small, A/C was not working I guess (during India’s 100°F month of August)… There is a window, but outside the window is the hallway to get to the Lobby. To me, it looked decently clean at least, thank God!
3 stars was for staff who was always friendly and trying to recommend things. The thing is… being a tourist in India is not easy. You just DON’T KNOW who to trust, since EVERYONE is trying to lure you to someone else for business(which of course I understand is normal). So I went with my own gutt feeling and adventured out there and found things on my own(I hope no offense to the very friendly hotel staff).
The other reason for the 3rd star is the convenience of the outdoor restaurant below. If not for the staff and this restaurant I would’ve given 2 stars.
Worst experience ! I will not recommend this hotel. The rooms are in bed condition don’t go. The young guy on the breakfast staff is so arrogant we have paid for the breakfast we can eat what we want. But this guy acts like he is the owner of the hotel. I asked for tea 4 to 5 times not a single response for that guy. So rude and arrogant I will not recommend and come again for this property worst experience .
Rooms are extremely small. We booked the elite room which is supposedly the best n most spacious n it was tiny. No space to walk . Bathrooms aren’t well clean. Prices are not justified compared to the room size n quality. Also food is expensive.
Most Recommended Hotel for Outsiders of Delhi, Location of Hotel is best, Safe and Easy access to all places of delhi.
Hotel rooms are fine, also best room service we get, good Support from hotel staff.
