I had an exceptional stay at Eastern Grace Hotel . The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, while the staff was attentive and accommodating. With excellent dining options, a convenient location, and a welcoming ambiance, it’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!
Buxar’s Best hotel in the State of Bihar.
Excellent Staff and behaviour. Awesome & Hygienic Food. And most important their Service. Met best staff of the Hotel Ms. Payal, excellent service and communication+ hospitality. I love it. All the best to all Hotel Staff as well as the Hotel.
“I had high expectations for this restaurant, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was served way later than expected—far longer than what is acceptable. We had to wait for over an hour, and there was no clear communication from the staff about the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and didn’t justify the long wait. The overall experience left me frustrated, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon. A more timely service is definitely needed to improve the dining experience.”
Excellent Hotel Newly built, Excellent Services. Specially I like the breakfast which includes our South Indian dishes & found same test. Also the services offered by Hotel is too Good. Specially wud like to mention the name of Captain Raju and Captain Payal for their warm hospitality
Dinner tonight at this new restaurant at Buxar. Looks a bit premium when compared to other one of Buxar.
Few items in starter menus aren’t available.
Soup we tried Bhuni mirch aur makai shorba. It was a different one and we all enjoyed it with the honey chilli potato. The main course was a bit above average.
They are prioritising the newcomers and leaving the early arrived guest. We waited long for a finger bowl after finishing the dinner and nobody even tried to attend us and asked for dessert which we were about to order. They didn’t have a courtesy and requested us to move to the bill counter to collect it and pay as they have to allot the table to newcomers. Sadly the wonderful evening ended up with a bitter experience.
