Great Hospitality. This place is run by a group of friends from Hyderabad and I think they are making their best efforts. Comfortable bed, clean toilets, good quality food, and the staff are so friendly. Landscape is also good from the premises. Must recommended to stay in their huts.
Basic room. The wind whistles through! Heated water depends on solar which can be an interesting challenge on a cloudy/rainy day. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Minimal facilities for food, so youre better off heading into town to eat. Avoidable if you are looking for a luxury stay but you can survive!

The best choice I made in my entire Spiti circuit is to stay at this property…I enjoyed every bit of it..Hari Krishna bhaiya is very helpful he took us for stargazing at midnight near the river that was a wonderful experience…the common area is very good where u can play games like carrom, chess and chill…(where I met some really nice people) I loved staying here I m going to visit here again soon not to explore any places in Kaza but stay here and relax
