The hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately the management lost its interest in maintaining the hotel. The side panels in the corridors are falling ( guess some electrical lines are hidden behind). The room size is good.
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The management is unprofessional and the service is worse than budget options like OYO. They charged extra even though breakfast was supposed to be included. Many amenities, such as the pool and pool table, were heavily restricted or unavailable. For instance, the pool table, which is not dangerous, could only be used from 6 to 8 pm.
The room smelled very bad and was not clean or hygienic. When they allocated the room, the floor was wet, and no one came to show us to our room. The check-in experience was the worst I’ve ever had.
The quality of toiletries was very cheap, and budget hotels like Treebo and FabHotels offer much better services. The TV in the room was an outdated model from 2001, the shower didn’t work, and many lights were not functioning.
Even if you get this hotel for free, don’t go for it. It’s a very bad hotel and a zero-star property. They are damaging Fern’s credibility. It was the worst experience ever.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options available at a similar price point.
the hotel location is great. but old property, not maintained properly. they brand it as 3 star but amenities such as swimming pool are not allowed to use saying that its under maintenance, though no work is going on.
The restaurant food taste is good, but staff are not trained at all, they keep staring at you and lift your food plate without asking whether you finished your food or not? as if they want you to go out of restaurant at the earliest, though the restaurant is not full at all.
i booked Hezal suite from makemytrip.
the suite has wooden flooring which is broken, fridge is not working, electricity switch are broken. Makemytrip has branded it only knowing the size of room, without checking any other amenities
Good for stay in a calm environment within the busy surroundings where you can get everything to buy. Most convenient place.
Spacious but little bit of more care is necessary in maintaining the rooms.
There should have been additional facility of a washbasin for the use. The entire washarea is in all for one person and another person must wait until the other vacates. This is simply wasting the time for no specific reason. Found lot of space in washroom unutilizable by the second occupant. Little correction would save lot of time.
Need to take care for better/ brighter illumination in some rooms. As a group we stayed in FERN hence the observation.
FERN IS QUITE A BIG ONE with lots of space for parking with neatly maintained surroundings too it would NATURALLY impress everyone .
Hotel is in good condition, but the rooms are not in good condition. The washroom door is not completely closed. TV is not working. Service is good. Breakfast & dinner was very delicious. It seems the hotel is under renovation.
