I cannot describe how amazing this place was. Our first overnight stay in Chitkul, this place offered unmatched views of the night sky. If you’re lucky enough to get wood, ask to set up a bonfire and take in the spectacle as raw as it comes! Amazing service and good food.
The Final Destination Resort offers a peaceful getaway, beautifully set between mountains and a river.
Staff is polite and helpful with most of your needs which will make you feel welcoming. The rooms are not super luxury but better than anything you’ll find in nearby spots.

This is the best home stay in Chitkul. The location is very good. Parking is available. Rooms are spacious and facilities are very good. The food is also delicious and reasonable. The view from the home stay is just awesome. Would love to visit again.
Let me clarify – I have not stayed in this place – been there some 35 years back – the place was more green.
My appeal to all these hotel / Restaurant owners – you are thriving because of the nature around you so it should be your duty to make this place better – plant more trees =- keep the place clean.
Same applies to visitors too – pls be responsible and keep place green – if possible plant some trees on every such visit.
